Dr. John R. Thomas are delighted to welcome on board a new Associate.

After working together on several successful projects it became clear that our diverse skill sets were complementary and offered  our customers a broader range of solutions.                            

As a result, it was decided to establish a strategic partnership between the two companies.


Dr. Rhian Thomas is a Business Consultant specialising in Commercial and Contract Management, and is skilled in a range of business disciplines including Strategy, Risk Evaluation, Bid Management (incl. Business Case development), Contract and Project Management, Negotiation and Business Development.

Oxford graduate Rhian’s experience includes award-winning Business Management roles in the Aerospace and Marine industries for Rolls-Royce plc (FTSE100), operating globally within diverse international markets and working with multi-national manufacturers such as Airbus.

Rhian also holds a public appointment as a Non-Executive Director in the NHS as well as other Board responsibilities in the private sector. As a Senior Lecturer in Strategy & Management at the University of South Wales, Rhian is vastly experienced in developing people – combining theory with practice for inspired learning. Rhian is also fluently trilingual and works in Welsh, English and German.
