Public Courses

An exciting and timely new course is scheduled to be launched in conjunction with Training Services Wales in the 2nd half of 2012 :

LEAN APPROACHES FOR LEAN TIMES :
ENSURING THE PUBLIC SECTOR DELIVERS VALUE FOR MONEY
SUMMARY OF COURSE CONTENTS.

Day 1 : Leadership skills for Lean Times !

In this session we get current and perspective managers to take a ‘helicopter view ‘ of the key role they play in the success of the organization.
By equipping them with straightforward but essential skills they become more aware of the demands upon them in these testing times.
More importantly, we get them to identify what they can do about it : a very important acceptance factor psychologically.

Day 2 : Can we take out unnecessary costs?

The emphasis during this day is to get the managers to start identifying what causes time and effort to be wasted , and the importance of developing more effective systems and procedures so that we get maximum value for money.
